NAPA members are part of an in-person and online community that understands the day-to-day grind of a founder, offering an experience that is missing in the lives of high-performing leaders.
Connections and experiences that drive growth — inside and outside of your business. Bounce ideas off people who shine where you struggle. Take advantage of the community's network effects. Pick the brain of a game-changing guest speaker. Disconnect from business to workout or grab steaks as a group. We lean into both business and friendship. Because as a founder, you need both.
new connections | new friends | new opportunities | a group that gets the founder grind and how community is key to excelling inside and outside of your business
NAPA members must have a desire to get out of their comfort zone and join a group that is both business- and relationship-focused. If you go to the corner at a party, this group probably isn't for you.
For founding members, NAPA's monthly membership fee is $2,000. This fee gives you access to NAPA's network, private Slack channel, and monthly in-person dinners, workouts, and other events decided by each cohort. NAPA covers all charges for in-person events.
Hi, I'm Brian Antell. I've spent years in growth across startups and agencies getting my hands dirty. The most enjoyable thing? Building communities and bringing people together in person (I know, rare nowadays) to bounce ideas off each other, network, and, most importantly, create new friendships. Friendships that often last a lifetime.
Essentially, all events that I put together, and communities I've been a part of, had a business development backdrop. I think it's time to offer a community that emphasizes connection and experience while remaining business-adjacent.
The NAPA network gives members nine new friends, resources, and networks to tap into. NAPA is not only good for business, but outside of it too.
For consideration, send a Loom video (https://www.loom.com) to members@napacommunity.com that answers the following:
1) What's your company's name? What does it do?
2) What do you want to get out of joining a founder community?
3) What's one thing your closest friends or family love about you? What do they dislike the most? (You have to answer the second question)
4) What do you do for fun? (Your answer can't be business-related)
5) What does your networking activity look like right now? (Do you attend meet-ups? Do you try to make meaningful connections in the startup community? If so, how?)
